Returns/Refund Policy/Cancellations

30 days money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased via our Online Catalogue, you may return it for a refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom

The Customer must inform us of any intention to return the item / items within 14 days of receipt of the goods either by phone or email.
Where items have arrived damaged in transit, the customer must inform us about this within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. If customer has received purchased good in faulty or damaged condition. We will pay the return carriage cost if: the item / items were found to be faulty, transit damaged or if the item was sent in error.

The customer will pay the return carriage cost if the item was ordered in error, or if the customer simply does not want the goods. Refunds will only be issued upon safe receipt of the goods being returned.

With the exception of items that were delivered and found to be damaged or faulty. Goods being returned for a refund must be unused. They must also be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. .

We will adjust the amount refunded to cover any items found to be missing from orders that have been returned. It is up to the customer that were included in the original order are not missing before being despatched and returned.

If upon receipt you find that your order is not to your satisfaction or it has been damaged or is not as described/ then please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for the return of the order. A full refund/item exchange including your postage will be provided once the order has been sent back to our postage address in its original condition as it was on the time of post. Under current EU distance selling regulations, the above returns policy is applicable only to consumers. Where supplies are made to businesses or organisations the above returns policy will be applicable at our discretion.

In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or it does not work with your Machine, please send us email. We will try to help in any technical matter.

Customers have the right to cancel your purchase at any time, If a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order, or phoning us quoting your order number prior to orders are shipped. If you want to cancel order after goods are dispatched. You will be responsible for returning goods to us.
You will be required to post return goods in a same condition as they were on the time of postage. As we always sale brand new products. Charge for postage will be deducted from your refund. You cannot cancel your purchase after 30 days elapsed following receipt of goods.

Duties/Customs
Overseas customers may be subject to import duties and taxes according to local laws. Customer has to take full liability of purchased goods clearance or dealing with local customs authorities about your purchase.

Postage charges

Due to size and weight, some orders may attract a higher charge from the postal service, in which case, we will contact you via email requesting an additional payment.
